MSE Takes Home the Wood WORKS! 2015 Engineer Wood Advocate Award

Moses Structural Engineers received the Engineer Wood Advocate Award last night at the 15th annual Ontario Wood WORKS! awards ceremony.

MSE was honoured for its “[L]eadership in timber engineering, support of the wood-frame mid-rise initiative in Ontario, and ongoing efforts to educate existing and future practitioners about timber engineering..”

This year we formed a partnership with Ryerson University and created the TimberFever Design-Build Challenge to promote wood design and collaboration between Architectural Science and Civil Engineering students.

We support and promote mid-rise wood construction through our website,, and regularly contribute to industry events, resource guides and other speaking engagements.

Moses Structural Engineers has previously won the Engineer Wood Advocate Award in 2013 and David Moses has also won the award in 2009.
