V6 Leslieville was Toronto’s very first modern wood midrise residential building and first 6-storey mass timber condo. The wooden condo has allowed developers to minimize their environmental impact and cut down on construction costs. This project consists of prefabricated panels, created from mass timber, built off-site and assembled together on location. The 26,000 sq. ft. pilot project took only 9 months to construct.
