The 8,800 sq.ft. roof of this 2-storey office building is constructed of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels spanning between long span glulam beams. The beams and panels are left exposed, creating a warm interior. The prefabricated structure was installed during the winter. Moses Structural Engineers designed CLT connections between panels and to the glulam girders for the supplier.
