This new 24,000 sq.ft. 2-storey mass timber office building is the headquarters for Hutton. It was designed in close consultation with the client to meet their aesthetic expectations. Post-and-beam style glued-laminated timber frames were designed with custom hardware for strength and constructability. Moses Structural Engineers provided speciality timber engineering design and detailing. Featured in Canadian Consulting Engineer 2020. Construction was completed in 2021.
