This new 2-storey residence is approximately 2000 sq.ft. per floor. The structure is a novel ICF wall and foundation system with infill light gauge steel floor plates, and prefabricated wood roof trusses. This design was developed to create a robust thermal building envelope and minimize thermal bridging.
