This 2-storey, 3,200 sf. project includes a main house, storage building and workshop, and garage buildings. The home has a high-performance building envelope using an insulated double stud wall system and the storage and workshop building has a green roof. It was constructed from a combination of conventional framing, engineered wood products, and steel-timber hybrid trusses. All wood connections were detailed in our office to provide concealed connections that aligned with the architectural design.
