The Guelph Turfgrass Institute, part of the University of Guelph, is an exciting new two-storey building of approximately 15,000 sq. ft that houses offices, classrooms and other spaces. The project is unique in its use of large green roof areas and active rainwater harvesting from the roof. The structure is a hybrid using mass timber, steel, concrete and masonry.
