The park grounds at this City of Toronto community centre feature concrete and masonry structures for outdoor recreation. The central feature is a curved frame that traces the path of the topography of the park with wooden beams extending horizontally and continuously changing in pitch. In addition to designing the out-building, we developed a casting system to accommodate the fluid geometry of the frame as it transforms along its 55 m length.
