Four blocks of stacked rental townhouses approximately 95,000 sq.ft. on a single 36,000 sq.ft. underground parking garage with landscape above. Each stack has rooftop terraces.

Two blocks were designed using conventional wood frame construction while the other two blocks were designed using cold-formed steel construction. Moses Structural Engineers and Cunliffe and Associates collaborated on the design of the underground parking structure, podium slab, and raft slab foundations. Construction completed in 2024.
