Moses Structural Engineers carried out a full assessment and retrofit for this 9400 sq. ft. building, including a 3^rd storey addition, underpinning to increase headroom in the basement level, removal of load interior bearing walls, and installation of concrete toppings for in-floor radiant heating on all floors. The renovation created 3 additional units.
