CSA technical subcommittee SPE 900 for Solar PV Rooftop Installations Best Practices Guideline held a panel discussion on December 4, 2012 at CanSIA’s annual conference in downtown Toronto. As part of the panel, David Moses Vice-chair of CSA’s committee discussed the the current Public Review process and the positive implications of this new guideline F900 once it is released in early 2013. The guideline’s broad aim is at engineers, designers, installers, manufacturers, owners, code officials, first responders, insurers, financiers and the roofing industry. Public review continues until December 10, 2012 and can be accessed by searching for the F900 guideline here.
