Shanuja Nagarathinam represented Moses Structural Engineers as a panelist at Women in Construction 2026, hosted by Rock to Road on April 9, 2026, at the Sandman Hotel in Mississauga, Ontario.
The annual event brought together women from across the construction and trades industries for a morning of breakfast, panel discussions, networking, and meaningful conversation around progress, advocacy, and the work still ahead.
As part of the event, Shanuja joined an industry panel exploring the evolving landscape for women in construction. The discussion touched on institutional progress, the ongoing need for advocacy, safe workwear and PPE for women, and gender bias in customer service.
